I bought a Robinhood Kool Mesh hood size medium, received the hood in the mail tried it on that same day to find out it was too small for my horse. So I alled KV Vet the next day to see how to "exchange" for a larger size. I was told that KV Vet would not exchange the item for a size large which they have in stock, because the its a discontinued item. Very unhappy customer! I was just needing to exchange it not return it.

KV Pet is a wonderful company. I started to shop with them last year when our senior Pomeranian needed iv fluid bags. They have a wonderful selection of medications and supplements,as well as everyday items, such as leashes and treats. I will continue to shop with them, as the shipping is fast and free when u spend over $50.00, and they have such a huge selection that it is not hard to do.

I have been using KV Supply for many years and have never been disappointed in their products or service.

The website is horrible for ordering! I thought I had put in an order as I received a confirmation email - only to discover 2 wks later (when my dog ran out of her meds) that I hadn't completed the order. At least shipment was overnight!

I have been ordering prescriptions, toys, leashes and collars for years from KV Pet. When I ordered prescription medications for one of my dogs during a heat wave, they even suggested including an ice pack for only $1. I was so impressed! I can't even get my own personal prescriptions shipped with an ice pack, even at my own expense! When I ask my veterinarian for a prescription so I can order my dog's medications from KV, they are also impressed with KV's prices. Earlier this year, I ordered some leashes, collars and toys for a local pet rescue. Even though KV had gone up on some of the prices, they honored the prices printed in their current catalog. Their customer service reps are always very knowledgeable and polite. This is why I will continue to do business with this great company!

Great except for the chicken food I must have accidentally ordered.

I own & operate a grooming shop and I recommend KV supply company to a lo.t of my clients as a place to purchase flea meds, pet supplies, and ear meds(zymox optic!!!). I like the fact that they offer free shipping on a lot of products. I buy my horse vaccines there and have for years.
