Fast service, fast shipment. The only negative is that after the order confirmation email there is not a followup email when the item ships giving shipping/tracking information. I've experienced this with every order I've submitted.

I placed an order thru KV Supplies online store and found everything I was needing to fill my order easily. Check-out was fairly easy, & was given a date they would ship and an estimated time of arrival for my order - and they done just that, in a well packaged box so I received my items in great condition. I'm very impressed with them , and will be a returning customer.

I ordered 20 bags of Lactated Ringers and admin sets. I was sent 3. When I called to ask about my order I was told they would only let me order up to 3 a week. That would put my order below the free shipping cut off and I would have to pay the handling fee every time. Three bags will only last me a month. I asked why no one told me this when I called and placed my order they said someone should have. I will not use them again. The next day I ordered from another company and they shipped my order out in less than 24 hours. It didn't matter how many I ordered. Overall bad experience.
