I ordered some heartworm medicine for my dog. It took about a week for someone from KV Supply to call and inform me that my vet would not confirm the prescription over the phone. This of course is not KV’s fault however the amount of elapsed time seems to be more than necessary. We then received the prescription from our vet and was told we had to mail the original script (even though it was a stamped signature and no pen writing at all) in order to receive our order. This has once again delayed the delivery of our heart worm medicine. It has been approximately four weeks since my order and I have still yet to receive the heartworm medicine due to this ordeal. Just be aware that if you need a prescription that your order will be delayed quite some time. Ask your vet about ordering medicine online. If I need more prescription medicine, I would pay the extra 28 bucks at the local vet instead of going through the hassle of ordering online.

I ordered vaccines for my equine, to be shipped next day air. they arrived at the UPS center, and were delivered by a thoughtless driver, sho left a clearly marked (Vaccines-refrigerate) by the side of the driveway. It blew into the pasture and was not found for over 24 hours,. by which time the vaccines were hot and damaged. I filed a claim, and KV took over, validated the claim and immediately shipped another set of vaccines--without charging the shipping. They arrived fine. I have seldom had such understanding and good service. I would highly recommend them.

It was easy to purchase online and I was given 1/2 off coupon code for cheese chews. The shipping was longer than hoped, but that isn't always the businesses fault - and I may have been too excited to get them as I only give them these types of hard chews as treats. No rawhides!

Extremely fast delivery. I bought the transfer factor for cats. Expensive, but high quality stuff. I've noticed a positive difference in my FIV+ positive cat's appearance. Will continue to order from KV.

I have always been very satisfied with service received from KV Supply. My only problem is that sometimes it is very hard to complete an order online, in which case I just call my order in. But my order arrives at my house in one or two days after the order is placed. I consider that a terrific record.
