Usually KV handles orders promptly and we receive it within a day or two. This time we placed our order on 7/8; they didn't contact the vet until 7/15, late afternoon. The vet faxed back the order on 7/16. By this time the dog was in desperate need of her medication so I paid a lot extra to have it shipped overnight. We were to receive it on 7/17. By 7/20, it still had not arrived. After calling, we found out it hadn't been sent out! I was assured it would go out today (7/20) and arrive tomorrow (7/21). Also I was promised I would be credited the express shipping. We will see! Meanwhile the dog has been without her meds for at least 5 days.

KV has been a consistent source for all of our doggies. The supplies we need are always there, never back ordered and arrive on time. Happy to have been told about KV. As they say, "word of mouth is the best advertising."

I ordered the zinpro biscuits and it was the only place I could find the zinpro in treat form. Product is great. I did have to pay a rather high shipping fee, so they only got 4 stars.

Easy to order on line. Received order quickly. Have been a customer for many years (off and on). Always recommend to my friends.

Wish there was an easier way to get prescriptions to you all. My Mother was told she could fax them in and I was told to mail them. it took a little longer to get my pets meds because of this... otherwise the experience was great.

I ordered meds for my little poodle honey. The prescription period was only written for 2 refills, but we review honey's lifetime meds once a year so the precription was not exactly correct. Also, when ordering I doubled clicked the order but only wanted one. KV faxed the Vet and corrected the double order and sent honey's meds in time before she ran out. I always check here first before ordering anywhere else. I have used KVPET/Supply for many years and my dogs and I agree that we like them, alot. Jack Kelly
