My Vet faxed over the approval, was there when it occurred. However after running out of the meds and haverng to purchase a week supply from my Vet, and calling to complain; my order was shipped and I received it quickly. Next time please notify the customer if there's a problem. These are meds that must be taken twice a day, everyday.

I found everything I needed, it was less expensive than the vet, it shipped complete and arrived when you said it would. I hear you have people who can answer questions and I love that

I have been using KV Supply for many years now and couldn't be happier with their prices and service. My last order was no different, there was easy ordering, check out and delivery was fairly quick. You can't expect next day delivery for free. If there was anything I would like to see is automatic refills. One of my dogs is on an over-the-counter medication and takes it daily. I wish I didn't have to keep up with how much she has left, to ensure she doesn't run out. All in all, I highly recommend KV Supply for animal supplies.

I had discount coupons for other sites but even with no discount for KV their price for Heartgard Plus was still the best! Shipping is fast too! I always check KV first, then check sites I have a discount for. Most often KV still beats them. Highly recommend!

Our dog is diabetic and blind with eye problems. She needs two different kinds of eye meds and one is not available everywhere. I was told I could get it from Costco and I did for the past year. Then I found KV Supply online and it is much less expensive so I placed my order. I had to supply the name of the Vet, phone and fax numbers. All went well online, however, the Vet school where I take my dog didn't respond. Good think KV Supply followed up with me. I contacted the school and they called KV Supply and our meds are now on their way to us. KV Supply is superb at customer service and I would recommend that everyone go thru them for their pets meds. They do an awesome job!!

I placed my order online for a prescription refill. I received it only a few days later. I couldn't believe how fast it was. Even though I ordered less than $50 and had to pay shipping/service fee of $5, my order was still the most cost-effective purchase with KV. Thank you for helping me help my kitty ☺

This company is great to work with and everyone I have talked to has been so helpful! I am actually thankful for this company and the people there because I have the ability to buy prescriptions much cheaper than I would at my vet. I am glad the company is in business!
