When my order arrived it had an item missing, I looked at my paper work to make sure that it was out of stock and would ship later, no according to my paper work everything had shipped. I called KV supply told the lady my name and before I could even tell her my problem she had my order pulled up. I explained to her what was missing in my order, she ask if the tape on the box was their standard brown tape, I looked and said no and that my items were kind of greasy. She said it must have been damaged in transit and had been reboxed, she said don't worry she would take care of it and get my missing item out the next day. I am every please with how courteous and prompt KV Supply is at taking care of a problem. I will order from them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

You cancelled my order because you thought it was fraud. I did not receive a email notification of this until I asked where my order was. I had specified 2 day shipping because my dog needed it asap that kicked in fraud!

There was a missing aspect of my order and I received no notification of the problem. Once I called and remedied it, there was a further delay of several days to ship my order which was time sensitive. Not impressed.
