My experience was great until the expected delivery time. KV Supply noted on their website that if ordered on a Tuesday, 8/25 I would receive the pain medicine on Friday, 8/28. This didn't happen. My unhappiness is that I received little help on where was my order located after it was shipped from KV. Their tracking people were of no help and I needed the Bute Powder on the date promised. I'm thinking that tracking didn't know up from down. 3 days later - I finally received the powder. My alpaca needed the pain meds on the 28th as promised.

I have been using this Company to order stuff for my dogs and my foster dogs for years. I give a catalog to all the families that adopt dogs from me and now include the website on the info I give out to adopters. They are reliable and quick. I usually call in my order and the associates are friendly and helpful. I ordered online once and I will do it again if better for my schedule. I have referred several friends and they were happy. Once I had a product that opened and spilled in the box on transport and KV took care of it and sent me a replacement right away.

i have been getting ripped off from 1800 pet meds for over a year - though i didnt know it. then i found kv and am now paying almost HALF the price. since my dog is on meds forever, its very costly - kv is the only viable option for me to keep my dog healthy at an affordable price. and, it was delivers as promised. no problems at all with the website or ordering, etc. very happy i found you , kv.

What I said in title. Small issue w my vet's Rx was quickly brought to my attention so order could be processed. Courteous friendly service. Shipped quickly, all items exactly as described.
