This was my first time ordering heartworm/flea medication online. I placed the order several weeks ago and no one contacted me to let me know that they had not received the fax from my vet prescribing the medication. I am not sure how long the order would have remained in limbo if I had not called. The representative was defensive when I told her I knew that my vet had faxed the order in already. She actually asked me how I knew that. I told her my vet who I have worked with for years called and confirmed that they sent the fax. It seemed more important to blame my vet's office for not having the script on file than to just resolve the problem. I am hoping the medication will arrive in the timeframe promised, but again, I had to ask the representative she did not anticipate that would be a concern for me after this delay. Hoping things go more smoothly next time.

My senior cat has CRF and we depend on KV Supply for the Sub Q, lines and needles. I order them regularly and always get them quickly.

I had tried to order vaccines and had made an error in shipping & billing address. When I called to determine why my vaccines had not arrived, the lady on the phone immediately spotted my error. She then made sure the vaccines were ordered and shipped. They arrived by mid-afternoon the following day.

After placing my order and requesting that KV contact my veterinarian for the prescription, I was advised that my order was processing. When I went to the vet's office a 5 days later, I was advised that KV had not yet contacted the vet for the prescription. However, when I reached out to KV via email the next day, they responded that they were able to get the prescription the day before, sometime after I had been at the vet's office. I have used KV for product purchases over the course of many years and have never been dissatisfied with their service. However, this time, I believe that communication was limited in terms of keeping me informed regarding their contact of my vet and the expected time for delivery.

Reasonably priced medications and supplies for my dogs, and a great selection -- customer for life!
