Great pricing, quick deliveries and great customer service. One thing however, can you tell whoever wraps the black tape around the water breath bottles to fold over the end to leave easier access in removing the tape? Its terribly time consuming. Better yet save the black tape cause the bottle has a seal under the lid.

Ordering meds from KV is easy, as is non-prescription shopping. The packages always seem to arrive sooner than expected, and the prices are the best around. My only beef is with KV Bucks, the rewards program for purchasing certain items. A piece of paper is included in your order that indicates your Bucks. If you don't happen to have that paper handy, or if you didn't notice it when you opened your package, the next time you shop you p[robably won't use it. KV doesn't keep a recordof Bucks.. I've never been able to cash them in. They should be linked to my profile.

Hi, I can honestly say that I hadn't ordered or looked at their offering of products in some time. But, the other week I needed some supplies and because of the prices I was finding I did a search on a price checking site. I was a little surprised to see KV Supplies as the less expensive on the things I needed. So, I ordered from them and they arrived as scheduled with free shipping due to the amount I spent. I think you should always consider them and check their products and prices before ordering your next items.

I was told I would receive notification of when my items would be shipped after the prescription was verified. I received no communication.

I use KV supply to regularly buy salmon oil. It comes in sizes much bigger than I can find in stores and is still the most cost effective methods even with shipping. The free shipping promos are also great. And the shipping time is quick.

I order hundreds of dollars of shampoo every two to three months from this site and my last experience actually calling and dealing with customer service extremely unsatisfactory. Your promo code system is ridiculous, I don't know if a promo code is actually a promotional discount (like it's called) or just something you call a promo code to track an order, very confusing and frustrating. And your staff is not friendly at all!!! The first person I dealt with seemed nice, she told me to call back the next day and ask for a discount, when I was practically laughed at the next day and lectured to, I realized the first person was just putting off having to take my order because there is obviously is NO discount system. So my order was delayed an extra day and I got laughed at and lectured to because I followed the advice of one of YOUR representatives. Ridiculous!!
