The product I ordered came so quickly! And the product I ordered was super affordable!

I have ordered from KV Supply for many years. Until my last order, the experience has been straight forward and satisfying. My last order was cancelled as a backorder. I was told this only after calling KVS two days after my scheduled shipment was to arrive and didn’t. I was told the products showed as ‘out of stock’ at the time I placed the order; this, however is not the case. I used the ‘Quick Order’ option using information from a previous order; the ‘out of stock’ indicator did not appear. In addition, the order went through and a confirmation order with delivery date range was provided to me. On review of the home KVS site, after contacting the company today, I see the products are no longer listed in the company inventory. I will identify a different product and, most certainly, a different vendor.

I love dealing with KV Vet. Can usually find exactly what I am looking for.Also like the assurance of I love dealing with KVVet. Can usually find exactly what I am looking for. They are very prompt in shipping my order and the handling fee is very reasonable. When I need something for my horses or dogs I always check with KVVet first.

I had to call to have them send request to my vet for the prescription. Wasn't able to complete it online. But, it worked out great, representative was very nice & made sure it was handled in a timely manner. I've found my new monthly prescription pharmacy. Great process, saves me $12/mo on my dogs Proin.

KV called my vet for the prescription needed for my order, and the order was on its way within two days of placing it. Their prices are great! The order arrived quickly. I will continue using KV for my home pet care supplies.

My only regret is that as soon as I find something I like using, it is deleted. Items like "Clear Lungs" and "Thyro-Vital. I imagine that not enough of us found them to be worthy of our use.

I ordered my product 2 weeks ago and have not heard whether they spoke to my vet or not. Have not heard whether it has been shipped or not either.
