KV Pet Supply is a great company. They have lots of products to choose from and always get in new items too. Shipping is quick. The website is easy to use. I also get a master catalogue once a year and some smaller ones throughout the year. Items also go on sale. Easy to order. If you have a problem, it's not a problem. Everything is easy to rectify. The representatives are friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend them to everyone who has a pet. Hard to beat their prices.

Your web site is slightly better than when it didn't work at all, but still needs much improvement.

Having dealt with KV Supply for several years, I have found the company a reliable and cost-effective retailer of products, including prescription medications, for our cats and dogs. The five dollar flat rate standard shipping charge is highly competitive with other mail order companies, and free standard shipping on orders over $50 is something we appreciate greatly.

Overall I found what I needed (when I couldn't find on other like websites) and products were available and arrived quickly. However, I think your website could be a bit clearer when it comes to those items that need prescriptions. To me the information was not straight forward as it could have been so I needed to call to ensure I understood it correctly. If you had a better description it would be a lot easier on people ordering those types of items....especially when it's their first time doing so- as it was in my case.
