Why I use KV Supply
Several years ago my vet diagnosed two of my dogs with congestive heart disease. I was very concerned when I saw the cost of the pembendan. A friend suggested I check KV Supply and I discovered that I could get the meds there for a little less than I was paying the vet. the vet reminded me that by the time I paid shipping, it would probably cost the same. So I explained about the free shipping policy. Since that time one of my little guy has gone on so that all I have now is my mini dachsie. My income has been curbed because the royalties on the books I wrote before retiring have dwindled, so that my income is from social security only. As long as 13 year old Mitch is with me I will continue to count on KV Supply to keep him as healthy as possible.

Terrible Customer Service over the phone from Rachel.
Two days after placing my online order with KV Pet, I still had not been updated on whether my order had shipped. The website was frustratingly slow and unable to load the "My Account" portion to view the status of my order. My only option was to call KV Pet. Through the customer support line, I had the misfortune of reaching a rude and arrogant representative named Rachel. She told me that my package had already shipped and after I thanked her for the information she gave me, she curtly said, "GOOD DAY," in the same tone and manner as someone saying "F**K YOU."
Soon after that first call, I attempted to log into my account online again to retrieve the shipping information for my package. The website again couldn't load the appropriate pages and I had to be forced to call KV Pet a second time that day, praying that I would reach another representative, this time someone with fair customer service skills. I had the misfortune of speaking with Rachel again. She castigated me for calling again after having called just five minutes prior. I told her that I wanted my shipping information. I commented that she sounded extremely annoyed with me and I told her that the reason I'm "bothering" her again was that I did not receive a shipping confirmation email from her company. I said I wouldn't have needed to call her had the email with shipping information been sent to me, as is customary when orders are shipped.
Needless to say, I am very disappointed with the customer service of this company. First, the website is nonfunctional, leaving customers with the only option of calling customer service to place orders and to check on their status. Second and more damning is that their customer service is substandard, and hence detrimental to the business. When your website fails to provide basic information to your customers, the customer support representative ought to be able to provide responses to basic questions without being rude. As a result of Rachel's inexcusable rudeness, I will not be giving KV Pet my business in the future.

We strive to be courteous and to give the customer our time and attention. We do understand our website is having issues, but that will be resolved in about a week.
