Well, I am still waiting for my order to arrive. I ordered some Proin 11 days ago and I keep hoping it comes in before I need it for my dog! So far, NOT IMPRESSED.

Every time I place an order, I am surprised it arrives so fast!

All service was good. Shipping was fast. However I was trying to find a replacement for my Durafork stall fork head. Your product looked IDENTICAL down to the number of tines. When i received it I found inside the hole where the hsndle goes, the head has extra plastic molded into it. Two long rows of plastic & more plastic that was flattened inside where the screw goes though the head & handle. What a bummer. I was going to send it back when my friend pulled out his power tools & reshaped my wood handle. Of coarse he shaved off a lot of wood so I doubt this will hold up in time. Thought you should know. Thanks for caring enuf to send out a survey.

My dog's prescription came quickly. You faxed my vet. All I had to do was put in the information, and you took care of everything else for less than half of what my vet was charging for the same pill. Plus it came right to my door! Thank you.
