Thank you for review with Trust pilot. Unfortunately prescription order can take longer especially if we do not have a refill and need a new prescription for the item ordered. We do our best to contact the vet via fax or phone but veterinarians are busy and don't always reply promptly. When ordering a prescription item it is best to speak with the vet 1st to make sure they are aware of the order and that does seem to help their reply back to us. As always let us know if we need to do something differently to make things go more smoothly. KV Supply
