I really like KV and I deal with several companies for my animals. The only problem I have is how long an order takes to get to my home. 7-9 days usually. So I have to order early when I want something from KVet. The problem is: I usually need the products right now and this doesn't work for KVet. Thank you.

Ordered from these guys for my cat who has heart failure. Easy to find the medicine and order it, and if you give them your vet's number, they verify the prescription for you. It is currently 1/14/16 at the time of this review; I placed my order 12/31/15, and the email confirmation said it was scheduled to ship out between 1/6 and 1/11. I became worried on 1/12, so I called and spoke to a woman who was very nice. She told me that they had run out of the medicine (I was not sent an email, nor given a phone call to let me know), and that on the day I had called, they had gotten some in. I just logged into my account to check on the progress - and it is STILL processing! It STILL hasn't even shipped out! But the medicine is in stock! So now I have to go back up to my emergency vet and HOPE that they have enough medicine (this will be twice now) to tide me over til my order comes in - if apparently at all! I run out of these pills for her on 1/16, so hopefully they show up! Otherwise I get to watch my two year old cat die from heart failure.
