I have called KV to get help with orders such as checking to see if RX's have been sent from the vet. If they haven't received the RX yet they will fax them again until it happens. My items are delivered quickly with free shipping. Personnel is very friendly. Prices are good also.

The prices are very competitive but I found when checking out if a field wasn't filled in properly it would alert you and then erase the other fields. Which, as most people reading this know, leads to the "fill in a new field and miss another becIse you just filled it in" catch 22.

I don't like my heartworm coming out if the original box. I do not like the fact I had to worry about my refill which is due to ur site and I do not like at all that I have to call to track my pkg Seriously thinking of finding another place to purchase my 100.00 heartworm from twice a year.
