I had not ordered anything from this company before, but they had an item that I needed for my dogs. I ordered via the internet, and it went very well. I have used KV pet supply for years. Service and technology just keeps getting better. The only improvement I would suggest is that they notify me when a package has been shipped and offer a tracking number. I never quite know when it is going to arrive. And sometimes the carrier leaves a notification of attempted delivery and sometimes they just leave the package. It would be nice if the procedures with the carriers were consistent. While technically this may not be KV's responsibility it is tied to customer satisfaction. Thank you
