Orders are so promptly filled and on my doorstep every time I order from KV, that I always check their online outlet first before ordering from any of the other horse merchandisers. A product originally and consistently purchased for years from KV was priced lower this year, by another company, so I was obligated to buy that product elsewhere, as I am so economy minded!. Considering how many dollars I spend every year at the end of Febuary to inject, worm and condition my horses for the upcoming show season, it would be a "come on" for me to buy all products from one place, if a discount was available for total dollars spent, or a needed, useable product was awarded for levels of dollars spent! With four horses who must be cared for as if they were providing income for me, and they aren't, it is not in my best interest to buy things for them from one company at a higher price, when I can save a few dollars buying from another. I am talking about the hundreds of dollars these products cost! Yes KV has discount coupons, but usually not on the products I purchase! Price help for me is the selling point!

My experience with packaging has been good, any liquids are taped around the lids so they do not come loose and in plastic, although I have had no leaking problems. Prescriptions are filled promptly.

I haven't found another company with such low prices as KV. The ordering process is efficient, pricing is comparatively lower than others, and shipping time is very quick. I don't typically write reviews, but KV is an exception.
