KV SupplyReviews of kvsupply.com

We began looking for alternative source for Pet Meds when I finally took stock of how much it was taking to keep a beloved, but aging , 4-footed family member alive and active. I sat down and listed all the meds and supplements she needed,, and worked up a spreadsheet on 4 or 5 potential sup-pliers. KV Supply came out on top 4 times, and our local pharmacy got 2 times. The savings were enormous, and KV has been prompt in getting Vet authorizations, and dependable in getting the products to us. Their website is easy to use, and a cordial and helpful staff are always just a phone call away. Gotta love those Nebraskans.

I usually order online, but had a question regarding item no longer carried. The rep was very helpful & offered to go out to warehouse & physically check the suggested replacement item. (There was some question about dosage) I said it wasn't necessary, but she offered to do it & send me an email. Which she did immediately & question answered! She went above & beyond!

Product arrived very fast and order was accurate.

Ordering (and re-ordering) could not be easier. KV Supply contacts my vet and handles prescriptions completely behind the scenes, so I never have to play phone tag with the animal hospital or worry about whether there are sufficient refills listed on my account. Shipping is quick, prices are great—not a bad thing to say!

The price was low, but the shipping charges erased the value, making the price comparable with other providers. In order to avoid this, I had to order TWO of the same prescriptions, but that can't always be the case.

Ordering was easy. Shipped promptly and received quickly. Thank you.

I never received an email confirmation of my order, I had to continually log in to my account to check the status of my order. Part of my order required a prescription. I tried to enter my vet and pet info on their website at least 4 times, the system never accepted the info - I left a voice mail and an email with the info. I also called customer service to check the status of my order and the first time, they were friendly, efficient and professional - or so I thought. When I later saw that only part of my order was shipped, I called customer service again. The missing items were on backorder - again no email about that either. I still have no email and no idea if and when the items will be in and if they intend to send them to me. When I called customer service the first time, they should have informed me then of the backordered items. The whole experience was very disorganized and unprofessional.

you are always on time delivering what I order thank for your great service
