I canceled my order because you never told me that you don't call to veterinarian offices. I ordered with you ten days ago Pimobendan for my dog, it is a medicine for heart failure, and one day before the medicine gone, I had to call you asking about my order. That's is why I canceled the order because it was cheaper to buy it at the veterinarian hospital than pay more than $50 dollars just for shipping.

I ordered a lactated ringer and syringe for my elderly cat that is in renal failure, these items require approval from vet, which I got same day as I ordered. This co. didn't ship the item until 9 days later because they say they never got the approval. (The vet had it in their computer they sent it same day,meaning I waited 15 days for it to arrive. After talking with the pharmacist that completed the order it was apparent they had no excuse for the delay. KV states on their site the deliver between 3-5 days, that's why I chose them over other co.'s. Based on this experience I will never use this co. again, very unreliable.
