I was previously with EMS, now KURV, but terminated service with the company when they merged. However, I was charged a fee 6 months later after not being with the company due to some fine print on their statements which I never received and knew nothing about because I am no longer a client. KURV did not refund the charge despite the Rep acknowledging that I would not have received statement notices since I was no longer a client. Good customer service and honest business would dictate a refund in this instance but KURV fails in this area. I do NOT recommend this payment processing business.

I called for login assistance, I was connected to Andrew who was very knowledgeable, gave detailed instruction to resolve my problem, friendly, professional and spoke clearly into the phone.

Diamonaire knows her Kurv. She helped me a few times and each time we were able to understand more and more your Kurv system. She is awesome.
