Greet Morela.

This product smells and feels good. I love that it literally melts and dissolve in the scalp without leaving anything oily residue. The only reason I gave a 4 star is I haven't been using it for over a week so no sign of growth, but the moisture is working wonders moisturising the scalp and preventing itchiness. My scalp looks healthy.

I have not received my money back and you have not responded to my query! SEE BELOW! This is Sav. I want to know why do you ship from China. I got my package from you from china. Also you are not black owned and you state you are. I am a big supporter of black owned businesses and authenticity. Please answer my question on why you have lied to me. I only bought from you because you say you are made in honduras. You are not and you are not black owned. I have also told my sister who was lied to and she will be contacting you as well

We understand why seeing an Asian shipping origin on your package would raise questions, especially when you purchased from us because of our connection to Honduras. To clarify, our Batana Oil is sourced, processed, and packed in Honduras through our partnerships with local farmers. The product itself originates from Honduras. For international orders, we work with an Asian logistics partner to manage worldwide shipping more efficiently and help keep delivery costs affordable for customers. The logistics route does not change the origin or production of the Batana Oil. Regarding your concern about your refund, we would also like to look into your specific order and make sure this is properly addressed. Please contact us at [email protected] with your order number so our team can review the refund status and assist you directly. We value your trust and appreciate the opportunity to clarify this. love, Maya

Well, for me, it didn't help grow my hair. I have a full head of hair already, but it only grows to a certain length then stops. I figured it was genetic but with all the claims out there saying this will grow your hair longer and fuller and faster I had to try it. I'm giving it 5 stars because it's become my favourite hair product. Smells great, and it gives a sleekness and tames my hair better than other products without the crunchiness of other products.

So far so good. Too early to say if the product works for me. But going foward fingers crossed it does. This product smelsl divine. Very hard and then melts away in your scalp. My hair feels well nourished, looks and feels great No complaints from me.
