I love it! The Snorlax Playmat arrived soooo fast and even before time, just in time for my local tournament today 😭♥️♥️ Thanks!

I placed a pre-order from Krystal Kollectz website. I felt like the communication was great during the wait and the order shipped faster than I thought it would. The packaging was great and the surprises packed were much appreciated! I will definitely purchase from Krystal again.

My order was neatly packed and even had some extra goodies that went straight into my collection! They shipped my order the same day and received them very fast. First time buying, everything arrived in exceptional condition. I received an autographed card with a nave message and my name on there. Alongside some neat cards. You got yourself a returning customer 😊
