Hello Sarah! Thank you for purchasing the Traditional Chinese version of Terastal Festival. I am happy to hear you pulled the Umbreon Master Ball as that is not easy to get! - Krystal

it charge you tips without asking you
it charge you tips without asking you, it just will pop up in your cart silently. Also they prices are already very high, i paid 100 usd for a 30 usd mat, and i have to tip for that ?...

Hello This is not true. Please refrain from leaving fake reviews as tips are NOT required. Additionally the price of the playmat that you purchased was not $30 as this is a limited and imported product from Mainland China. You used a shipping forwarding service to ship to Chile. Please take this up with the shipping service you purchased from as they possibly charged you extra. - Krystal

Buyer beware
Buyer beware. Website allows for over purchasing and the seller refuse to fully refund. Seller does not refund payment processing fee and allows website over purchasing. Krystal thinks it is the sellers fault for purchasing in confidence on her website, but unfortunately she should have some work done on her website to ensure customers aren't being stuck with a $50 bill for trying to make an order in good faith. Could have been good business between us, but this experience was terrible! The cost of doing business is taking care of things like this- I attempted to make a order for a full case of product and ended up with a $50 hole in my pocket because the seller refuses to properly limit product purchasing price for customers. This is the reason for my review, it is not false.

Hello There is a purchase limit of 1 x box per person, as stated at the top of the product description in bold red text. This is a limited and high demand product. You tried to purchase a case worth, which more than 1 x booster box. This is not fair to other who also want this product. A cancellation fee is also stated in the item description. Please read the product description next time before making a purchase. You are responsible for your own actions. I have done my best to make the rules clear in the product description for 151.
