I think Krystal has a fantastic business model and helps support the Pokémon TCG community in a way that not many other influencers do with a multi-language focus. She has a great selection of products to choose from as well. That being said, what really matters to consumers is pricing. I personally find the prices to be hard to justify as I assume there is quite a large profit margin (although I could be wrong). A single 151 (Skinny) Booster Box costs $75 USD, yet I was able to find the same product from a competitor for $42 USD. I hope Krystal's prices will come down in the future as that is the only perceived shortcoming. Overall, Krystal Kollectz is an amazing business that she works incredibly hard to continue building and one that I personally want to see succeed.

It was shipped once the set was released and with a tracking order to see where the package was at all times. It was well shipped and the seller communicated the timeline since the set hadn’t officially released, when I placed the order. Overall it was a good experience and will definitely recommend.
