Pretty disappointed with KrystalKollectz. My pre-order got cancelled without reason (that I could find) until I emailed - turns out she doesn't accept international preorders but this is not listed anywhere on her site. In fact, the pre-order FAQ implies international preorders are accepted by giving shipping estimations. The item was marked sold out after the cancellation, so I'm assuming there actually wasn't sufficient stock or she intends to hike the price when re-listing like many other sellers do with high demand items. Also received an angry email (which I didn't bother to fully read) after leaving this review. The entire experience has been very unprofessional and I'm certainly not interested in purchasing from in the future. Edit: Updating to 3* as the appropriate steps were taken to highlight pre-order shipping limitations.

Terrible experience with this seller. They do not provide updates, fail to ship on time, and completely ignore any responsibility. My order has been delayed for over a month, and to this day, it still hasn’t even been shipped. Reaching out for updates is pointless since they don’t respond to your specific order just send you to their IG where they also provide no updates. Seems to be a trend in this community now where sellers will just try to offer to cancel your pre-order instead of fulfilling it after they have had your money to buy the product, so they can sell at a higher price now that it's higher than the preorder. Do not take preorders and people's money if you do not have the allocation.

i ordered a korean terastal festival booster box!! at first the order got canceled and so i messaged krystal about the situation and she was so quick to reply and help me out! Krystal also continued to send me updates on the delivery which was super helpful as well. once i got my box, i opened it with my elementary school students and my kindergartener pulled the sylveon ex sir!!! it was such a fun moment having my students open the packs and they all loved it when an ex was pulled every pack! thank you so much again, krystal!! definitely buying more in the future :))
