Read the bad reviews. They’re legit. I’m actually appalled by Krystal’s lack of professionalism. The first time I ordered something, I waited a very long time, and eventually asked for a refund, because said items were in limbo. I had to reach out several times, and each time, Krystal and her coworkers’ responses were short, curt, and rude. My emails, however, were professional, kind, and responsive. After Krystall refunded my order, I thanked her. What I find strange is that she nor her business pals thought it necessary to reach out to people about their orders to let them know about delays. That is a common business practice and you’ll have fewer people bothering you if you send out a mass message. Secondly, I thought things were OK, but then when I tried to order something at a later time, Krystall immediately canceled the order. I realized I purchased 2 of the same item, and after remembering her policy, I tried to purchase again — this time just 1 item. Though keep in mind that for that specific item, this policy was not listed. But nope. She canceled that too. So, what I’m gathering is that Krystal is impatient, resentful, and takes things too personally. I apologize that I needed to get an item refunded the first time, but slyly penalizing me again for trying to order something that I KNOW you have on stock is pretty damned immature. Luckily, my friend introduced me to another seller so I’ll be using their services instead. I’d recommend KrystallCollectz to maybe change her frantic policies and make them more clear. Do we only have 1 chance before we piss her off? Does she value her customers? Is she resentful and punitive? I don’t get it. Do you need the money or not? I expect Krystall to respond to this message by not taking ownership, placing the blame on me fully, and not changing her narrow & confusing policies. What else is new?

I enjoy shopping here. I pick up all my multi language Pokemon cards from Krystal. I recently purchased 2 Chinese 151 jumbo booster boxes and a gem pack booster box and got some amazing cards from them. I even pulled the sought after Pikachu AR. The first box was delayed but the seller’s communication went above and beyond. Through many updates on Instagram on the delays to even leaving a voicemail letting me know that she was shipping my order. I will absolutely continue to shop here.

I’ve been watching Krystal’s YouTube videos and I’ve made several purchases of differing foreign Pokémon cards. Her website is a great option for a wide range of products and languages.
