Canceling orders because addresses not matching
So I ordered a booster box of Detective Conan, but I used a Po Box address. She immediately called and said I needed a physical address along with the billing and shipping address to match. I made all the correct changes and the booster box was able to ship. 4 days later I order a One Piece booster box and the order was canceled 6 hours later. I reached out via email and when they replied apparently I needed my card address to match along with the shipping and billing address. How the hell was I able to get a booster box to ship without my card address but all of a sudden I need my card address to match everything else. This makes absolutely no flipping sense and its pretty obvious krystal kollectz is making up rules on the fly to cancel orders. I'm able to order on Amazon, dvs shoes, and igloo without any addresses matching. So its pretty clear she does not know what my credit card address is because one item shipped without it but now all of a sudden I need it. Also there is nowhere to input your credit card address when entering a new card. Krystal Kollectz you need to do better because giving me the run around on addresses matching is pathetic and I will definitely shop around somewhere else because I damn well know you will find another excuse to cancel my order

Hello Please understand that I personally do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Unfortunately, many people have done chargebacks on their orders when using a P.O Box address. This was nothing personal and I made sure to ship your first order out immediately on the day of release (Detective Conan). You will find that many onlines stores and businesses do not ship to P.O. Boxes, including many eBay sellers. Also your bad attitude is not appreciated when attempting to resolve this issue. Please more be considerate and understand that not everyone ships to P.O. Boxes.
