They need to vet their employees better because they spit in my drink for the longest time I thought a let it go but I recommend just go to dunkin dounts I have never experienced something like this and I'm so disgusted I didn't have a argument with the employees very unprovoked if they didn't want to make the drink I rather they deny service then feel like spitting in my drink.

placed an order yesterday before lunch for pickup today afternoon, they took the order and act like it would be filled and we paid for it. they did not fill our order yet they took our money. ethics fare in short supply at the bloomington ill store. its simple. fill the orders you take. go to dunkin donuts, they do fill orders

Krispy Kreme near Eureka, MO SUCKS! They have never been open every time I stop by when I'm in the area. Two days ago, I stopped by, and they were actually open! I placed my order in the drive thru, only to be told that they were actually closed due to a donut shortage. How is this place still even open!?!?!

WE HAD JUST ARRIVED BACK INTO LAS VEGAS AFTER JUST ABOUT 12 HOUR DRIVE FROM UTAH AND ASKED FOR THE "SPECIAL" 12 ORIGINAL GLAZED & PUMPKIN ORIGINAL GLAZED FOR THE $2. WE ERE TOLD - WE DO NOT MAKE THEMM FOR ANOTHER COUPLE HOURS... REALLY - THIS IS HOW YOU DO BUSINESS... WE MADE OUR FIRST STOP AT KRISPY KREME BUT AT 8AM THEY ARE UPREPARED TO SELL WHAT THE CUSTOMERS NEED OR WANT... MY WORST EXPERIENCE EVER WITH THEM... TOLD TO DRIVE BACK IN A COUPLE HOURS... NOPE... WE WILL BE HOME AND READY TO HIT THE SACK TO CATCH UP ON OUR SLEEP... WE DO NOT NEED TO GO BACK OUT EXHAUSTED, NOT FOR DONUTS... SERVICE DÉPLORABLE…. Je suis allée chez Krispy Kreme à châtelet le 06/07/2024 entre 17h10 et 17h40, plus d’une demi heure d’attente, lorsque la dame qui s’occupait des commandes appelait les numéros de commande personne n’entendait ce qu’elle disait. On fini par m’appeler au bout de 30 min, je récupère mes deux donuts et mon café latte frappé vanille qui était IMBUVABLE. Un goût de liquide vaisselle au citron. J’y retourne pour voir ça avec eux, on refuse de me changer mon café et la dame (toujours la même) me répond « ah » quand je dis que le café a un goût très bizarre. Honnêtement Krispy Kreme est à fuir, si vous souhaitez des bons donuts je vous conseille plutôt d’aller chez C’est Mon Donuts au moins les donuts sont très bons et le personnel est agréable contrairement à Krispy Kreme.

went to the one in Branson and the donuts were awesome and the staff were extremely freindly and professional. For those complaining about the price, have they checked everything else.
