The Trust was broken. But was good in the past.
I'm a user of krisp for years. It was very good when it was just a noise removal tool. But they started to offer many other things, making the app heavier and annoying. The last thing was the AI tool that records a transcript of every meeting in their servers, regardless if the feature was turned off or I've never enabled it. Now we have it out of the box on Macs or even in some paid video editing softwares, less intrusive.

To clarify, Krisp does not record or store transcripts of meetings without user consent. Transcription only takes place if explicitly enabled, and all processing is done securely, prioritizing user privacy.
