I bought 3 of these for my 3 bathrooms with high hopes as they are not cheap. I struggle with "rings" of buildup around the top of the bowl water line. These things never worked to prevent them. I don't know if it is because I have well water, but my filtration system is 4 stages, removes sulfur with H202, has a softener, and I just got the tap water tested and it was pretty solid, good enough to drink and probably better than tap water, though somewhat high in TDS (~370) with the majority being sodium from the softener. Anyways, I am always concerned with putting chemicals into my wastewater as I do not want to adversely impact my septic system and drainfield. I do not recommend these.

The product only worked for 2 years on my primary toilet that gets flushed 10+ times a day. They advertise 10 years active performance but it definitely is depleted with intense use. I have it in 2 other toilets that only get weekly use and they are still clean.

How are these people allowed to stay in business. They are scamming people like me. I bought two over two months ago and I am constantly cleaning my toilets as they are dirtier than before. They also say the customer has to pay to return the items and don't respond to complaints.

Expensive and do not work at all. I have hard water deposits worse now then before using them Purchased 4, what a waste of money.

Do not waste your money. It lasted 16 days before I had to brush the toilet, and I was dumb enough to buy 3.😔

I bought these to use in my new home. Toilet bowls were brand new, no pre existing hard rings or mineral build up. They didn’t work. I’m completely disappointed. Would not recommend these to anyone unless you like throwing money away. Or flushing it down the toilet!

This is a giant scam. It did absolutely nothing. In fact I dropped one of these in one toilet and put nothing in the other toilet. After a month the toilet with the krazy lean needed to be cleaned badly. The other toilet was fine. I can’t believe this product is still on the market. Ironically on their own website they have 4.9. Stars, but there is absolutely no place to leave a review for this awful product on their own website.
