Purchased this product several weeks ago, the first one they said got lost at UPS. The second one they supposedly sent by USPS has not moved since they made the label. Seems like they just don't want to ship the product, I just want my money back now. Not a way to run a business. Customer service was nice but that's about all I can say for this company.

After many tries, I have received the product! The company seems very deceiving when they give you a shipping tracking number and it how I describe as a "fake" tracking since it's not real. Then emailing the company, they give you another shipping which goes nowhere. Many people on Facebook and Instagram have yet to receive their products. I finally did and now I shall test it. I still thing it's a scam based on how shady this company has been for its customers.
