Lifespan +10 years? How about ~6 months. No guarantee or warranty. Just lots of false hype. They should be sued out of business.

I bought three pods and the cleanest toilet is the one where the plumber threw it away. The other two toilets get filthy so their claim of never scrubbing again is false. This platform asks for Date of experience so I put today’s date but it’s been continuous since I bought them in April, 2024. Wish I could attach a picture.

I bought 4 and placed them in our newly built home. Our water isn’t extremely hard but we thought is would be nice to not have to clean the ring in the toilet as advertised. NOPE. Been in the toilets for over 6 months and they just don’t work. They should be selling snake oil out of a wagon.

We cleaned out the toilet ring from both toilets which we thought would be the last time we put krazy klean in and with in a little over a week the ring was back with a vengeance. Giving the benefit of the doubt the cleaner is still in place and I’m gonna see what happens in three weeks.

Can't believe I fell for this!!! I guess we all just want a clean toilet! We have very hard water and this doesn't do a darn thing for it! We have had it in one toilet for over a month and I am still cleaning it just the same. Also, I bought 4 and asked for a refund on 3 because they don't fit our toilets. The bums dragged their feet on the refund, sent me an email it was issued, posted it as pending in my account, and then pulled the money back. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN!!!

I am so disappointed! I bought three of these devices, and for about five months, they worked great. Then, they began to fail. Rings, discoloration, etc. I contacted the company twice via their customer service email system, and I received zero acknowledgement of the emails or the problem. I have photos I can send them, but they are out of touch for consumers. What a shame! Such a grand idea, and I was in love with their smart and sassy newsletters. As of now, they are on my negative list!

Only gave one star so that I could leave a review. This product does not keep your toilet from staining period! It might have slowed down the natural staining that happens for a few months, but as time has gone by the stains are visible sooner. Absolute waste of money. Just clean your toilet with a little bit of toilet cleaner on a regular basis. It will take years to spend as much on cleaner as their $ offer for multiple tank units.
