KOSPET Smart WatchReviews of kospet.com

I bought the Kospet Optimus 2 with the additional battery pack and brown strap. I managed to get 10% off the store price with an offer code I found and was very pleased with my purchase. This is an amazing watch for the price. The battery pack and brown strap was ordered after I'd received the watch and I made a mistake on choosing the brown strap for the Kospet Prime 2, but quickly emailed them explaining my mistake and they kindly changed the order for the Optimus 2 strap before it was shipped!

I bought the Kospet Optimus 2 a few month ago. When I switch all networking on it doesn't last a day. I now use it with a data sim card and wifi is switched off all the time. It now lasts a whole day, in the evening I put it on the dock charger (the round battery) and it than has between 15% and 30% depending on how much I used it, in the morning it is fully charged. The screen can't be turned on permanently, max setting is to leave it on for a few minutes (30 mins). I had another brand before that had a permanent on setting that would dim the screen a lot to not empty the battery too fast. I liked that because than you see the time instantly. The Optimus 2 has an option to turn the screen on when you move your wrist but that drains the battery very fast. I was a bit disappointed that the Optimus 2 wasn't able to measure blood pressure. That is why I now ordered the KOSPET MAGIC 4 and it is on it's way to me. Kospet does a great job informing you where your order is and approx. how long it takes to get to your address. Overal; I am happy with the Optimus 2 it is very cool that the watch face can be changed instantly (much to find for free) and that the watch can switch to sports mode (than the battey lasts much longer) but it is a big watch, can't use it whole day with all options turned on and it has no blood pressure measurement.

Il mio Optimus 2 è davvero una sorpresa...

Talk about Kospet customer service, I enjoyed it through their concern that I get my item as soon as possible, tracking till I confirmed I had it. That was good enough to make me feel like buying more from them. As of the Optimus 2 I bought, it's splendid. It is far better than the one I had (of same size, 4 GB RAM and 64 GB ROM, though not Kospet product) in that it is user friendly, better font, and have an editable APN. Presence of the camera flash makes it best of them all the smartwatches to me. Unlike smartphones, smartwatches are always with us such that for emergencies and important calls, it will be better if Optimus 2 is upgraded/ improved to have a torch app (with S.O.S. functionality preferably) and an optional call recorder on its phone app.

I had the Prime and enjoyed it very much.In the last several years I had several smartwhaches, but the Prime was the best in all aspects. But I had one problem that the Prime 2 resolved, the seize of the keyboard fonts, as I am 75 years old, my sight is not as it was in the past, but now with the Prime 2 I am able to use the Keyboard as I do on my phone.

I have 3 kospet watches. the original prime, the prime 2 and optimus 2. of the three the optimus 2 is the best. It seems to be answers to problems with the other two. the original prime's camera was in a odd position and features like bp monitor did not work as they should. on the prime 2 after a long awaited update, the features worked and I was able to change APN. The camera was in the right position but it is flimsy. Watch too big. With the optimus 2 all these issues have been resolved. This watch works as it should. My only complaint is that there are not enough watch faces to choose from. I cannot speak to customer service issues because I just wait for the updates. great watch though.
