I purchased a product from this company, and after using it, my skin broke out in a painful red, itchy rash.When I reached out for a refund, things got even worse. When I originally bought the product, their website clearly stated a full refund policy. Now that I actually need to use it due to their product's poor quality, they claim they’ve "changed their policy" and are refusing to give me my money back, they are forcing me to choose between keeping a product that literally harmed my skin for a tiny 30% refund, or paying a $10 "restocking fee" to return a defective item.It is completely unethical to change a return policy after a customer has already bought the item. This company does not stand behind their products and clearly does not care about customer safety or satisfaction. Save your money and your skin—shop elsewhere!

Bought the collagen ampules which went straight in the bin. Took ages to arrive and are total rubbish. Arrived in an envelope wrapped in a bit of plastic and no branded packaging. The lid broke straightaway, and the product itself just left a film on the skin. Threw it in the bin as Christ knows what’s in them. No information about active ingredients, a total waste of money. Amazingly the company asked me to leave a review, so here it is! PLEASE don’t fall for Instagram adverts with influencers wowed by a product without reading reviews first. Stick with a trusted brand and read what beauty journalists and trusted influencers have to say about it before parting with your money.

I saw the products advertised on instagram as korean beauty products. What was delivered after 3 months were products made in china with no name brand. It is entirely different from the products I ordered & paid for. I wonder what recourse there is for what has happened.

This company accepts orders, sends emails saying the goods will be shipped in 2 days, then you never hear from them again. If you complain they just cancel the order

Ordered a sungboon editor product, got something completely different worth a fraction of the price. Tried to email the customer service line and they blocked my emails. Please be aware this is a scam!

Deep collagen does not work, gone cloudy and smelly. Company does not refund as advertised if not happy. Beware, big scam

No stars if I could do that. The product is fake do not waste your money. The box of the product came damaged, even I didn’t open the products as it’s saying Made in China. Do not buy it !
