Customer Support/Service Josie exchanged a few emails then stopped responding and never followed through. I never got my product replacement. This company is a total scam.

Don’t buy these products. Avoid this company — it’s spam. All the products are made in China, yet they present themselves as a Korean skincare brand. The products look cheap, packaged in plastic bottles and plain white boxes, nothing like what is shown on their website. It feels like buying from Temu or Shein.

Scam company. Do not buy. The products do not work as advertised and they do not honor the 60 day guarantee posted on the website. Finally gave up negotiating with them after the promised refund didn’t happen and opened a credit card dispute.
