I had a problem with my lightsaber. It would no longer charge or turn on. I contacted them & sent them my saber. They fixed it for minimal cost & sent it back. It works like new again.

Expedient response times and an immediate service solution were key factors in this rating. The company has decided to drop their chassis section on their storefront, however with a support ticket, I was able to acquire a chassis I had previously thought not possible to find.
