Ordered the Vader MPP 3.0 replica. Box was water damaged when it arrived. D-ring that was advertised as being able to be used to carry it was too weak, it broke off, loosened and scuffed the whole hilt when it hit the floor. Sent back for a repair, hilt I got back was still scuffed around the D-ring holder and now had some of the grip peeling off out of the still water-damaged box. Sent back and got a full refund minus the $60 I had to spend for shipping for the initial repair, but now have missed the May the 4th sale for every saber shop out there, so I can't even get a replacement. As someone who is disabled and some of these characters have literally saved my life, disappointed is an understatement. Only reason I'm not giving one star is because at the very least Randy was extremely kind and understanding throughout the whole process and I understand I may have gotten a run of bad luck with the hilt, but regardless, worst first saber experience ever.

Picked up the Desert Wanderer and Master QG .45 scale lightsabers. The Desert Wanderer is phenomenal, excellent detail and only a couple quality issues. The Master QG leaves quite a bit to be desired, there's machining still visible and the overall quality doesn't seem at the same level. All in all, I'm happy with them, but they don't seem like they should be priced at $99.

Still haven't received package. Order status continues to say "label created". 1. It wasn't delivered until February 10th, not the 6th. 2. The reason I left that review was because I received an invitation from Korbanth to review my product (that I hadn't received). 3. You only reached out to me after I left the bad review only because you wanted me to change my rating. There should more transparency when ordering if you know your factory is going to be closed for two weeks. I placed my order Dec 28th. I didn't receive it until February 10th. That's not acceptable. You reach out to me asking me if I wanted a refund, when I never once requested a refund. I just wanted the item I ordered. I ordered from 3 other places around the same time I ordered from Korbanth and received all of them well before yours. The one company that did have a delay sent me an email giving me a heads up, not waiting until only after I left a bad rating. I'll be nice and change my waiting to a 2 star, but I don't appreciate how you handled the situation and asked me multiple times to change my rating without even offering anything to try to make the situation better like even expedited shipping. The saber is nice, but I won't order again, and only writing all this because I didn't appreciate your response nor how you handled this.

Recently purchased a saber. The hilt itself has a great design if it weren't for the wobbling bits that are hot-glued on, flickering neopixel blade that gets extraordinarily dim when you tilt the blade a certain way or push on it at all, and the threading in the singular set screw hole that wore out after two weeks. Can't use the saber anymore. Great $700 display piece though.

I brought Installed Neo Pixel ReyFlex Graflex saber hilt × 1 1. I’m sort of happy with it just he never informed me that I needed to buy converter plug as he give me a US China plug🚩 not UK so I had to buy uk converter just after spending £564 on a saber.. 2. The saber Hilt is loose from top to bottom not that stable (where you twist & turn, putting it back together) becomes loose after 3. The speaker is overpowered giving you buzz on high not the best sound Quality I would give it 5/10 & this is after fully charging it over night as he said in the instructions video.. 4. The saber not really worth £564 more like a £200 saber & not really accurate movie..
