I ordered 2 Sabers from Korbanth. Not only did they send the wrong saber, the second one didn’t work properly. After waiting a long time we finally got the right one with missing grip. Randy was extremely rude, no apologies and blamed everyone else, he even charged us to send wrong product back, He took no responsibility for selling a poor product twice. I Agree with all the comments, Randy is rude, charges high prices and they do feel and look refurbished product rather than new…..

Buyers beware
Korbanth is a very poor quality company. Their website looks legitimate, but their quality control and products are extremely lack luster. They send defective products and offer few solutions on how to remedy their issues. The owner, Randy, is extremely rude and short. If you have been referred to this company, buyers beware. You will most likely receive a refurbished or resold product. You will pay a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is probably not even new. Look to other companies. Steer clear of Korbanth.

So, this immature teenager already left a 1 star anonymous review 1-2 weeks prior - We had an issue, and tried hard to resolve. The customer had no patience and unfortunately had a negative experience but posting twice about it, violates trustpilot rules - its possible that when this child matures more, they can understand how to be a responsible adult -

Customer service is non existent. No transparency. Took 3 weeks longer than it should have. A 6 WEEK wait,just to be refunded, and I waited weeks for that as well. Overall terrible experience.

Qui gon Jin saber was from 89 sabers…
Qui gon Jin saber was from 89 sabers and was horrid, proffie was bunk and the hilt was not all machine metal. It was aluminum and pasitc. Even better he deleted the whole saber from the website. Blade was just in box shipping box outside of hilt box. $500 not worth it

everything this buyer says is incorrect. We issued a label so it could be returned and it never has been, so the customer kept it, so must not have been that unhappy - these are 100% verified aluminum and not plastic. See our hundreds of other positive experiences, left by adults and not children.

The Force is Weak With Korbanth
Randy made claims before I bought 2 sabers of how high end they are and all the meticulous attention put in all aspects or assembly and production as as well as programming …It was classic infomercial sales pitch don’t believe anything besides for they are made in CHINA who cares where they are programmed both of the sabers have different font line up most of the font are the same blade color for the same characters just different quote associated with each these sabers are poorly programmed and have fonts that aren’t even remotely related to Star Wars such as venom and pokemon there is not even a font list anywhere to be found to understand what you will get its random and selected by Korbanth. Randy claims the fonts are valued at 10 dollars each equivalent to a 350 value not even close to true . After purchasing and receiving both sabers at same time there was about 20 on each not even close to 35 as he stated and too many similarities between them all to even recognize the differences between most!! I would recommend a different company if looking for Quality and variety of colors and fonts. After writing this review Randy sends me emails crying about review and swearing at me like a teenager!! The Force is extremely weak with Randy and Korbanth

99% of saber sellers have their products made in China, but ours are USA-assembled. Now that our customer has shared their side, here's ours: We sent two products—one had some loose screws that needed tightening, and the other had some weathering, though the customer preferred it not to be battle-damaged. We acknowledged the mistake, offered to fix it, or alternatively, provided a refund along with a return shipping label. While we understand we can't always meet every customer's expectations, some are simply harder to satisfy—and that's okay. However, when you look at all the positive feedback from our happy customers on Trustpilot, this particular review seems unnecessarily angry . It seems like someone whose expectations weren’t met, and despite our efforts to resolve the issue, they chose not to accept our help. Unfortunately, it seems we might not be the right fit for their needs, and we regret that. We truly tried to make things right, and we wish them the best of luck with their future purchases.

this customer has never purchased any of our products. They asked what is the metal that a product is made from, and when I responded with Aluminum, they accused me of having bad customer service, instead of just asking more questions if they needed more detail. Not really sure what I have done wrong. Just look at all our other positives, and you decide -

Terrible Customer Service
Bought a saber from them, they sent me the wrong saber with it also missing parts. Then when I opted for a return (which took about 2 days of emailing back and forth because he didn’t want to let me even return it) told me that he believed I just “changed my mind”, because after he received the product back he saw that there was “nothing wrong with it” and told me that I would have to pay a 10% fee on my return which was about $66. Luckily I paid through PayPal and was able to file a claim and get a full refund. I will NEVER shop here again. I have never had a worse customer service experience in my life.

Definitely not worth the effort
Bought three sabers. Sent back Rey’s for multiple issues… got it back even worse. Poor made sabers, not worth the effort. The anakin one, frail. Buy a sledgehammer instead, an elegant weapon for a more civilized age.
