Always excellent service!

There are alot of versions of this lightsaber being offered, but this is the authentic one. The rest are either the wrong color, wrong hilt details, wrong sound font on it, or don't come apart. I know that last one sounds weird but let's be real, the whole point of the saber in canon is that Kanan wore it as 2 pieces. While some others do come apart, they do it in such a clumsy way that it is basically disassembling it. This elegantly separates with a button press and twist. Too cool! As with previous purchases, I opted for weathering. It looks very nice out of the box, and if this is strictly a display piece, you will live it. It's gorgeous. But if you intend to handle it at all, forgo the weathering. It looks great but come off very easily. But you will not find a better quality, more accurately detailed, or more thoughtfully constructed version of Kanan Rarrus' weapon than this. Go ahead, you wot regret it.

Korbanth provided an excellent customer experience and the custom saber that I purchased is a very accurate replica hilt with the best quality internal components that I have seen. If you want a high quality custom saber from a company that you can trust, Korbanth is the way to go! You won't be disappointed.

The Raxus, I got it opened the double Box (well protected) and was blown away by the saber, Randy huge Thanks from me that u let this happen and also to Solo's Saber for designing this gorgeous Saber!!!!!! did go for an empty one, my first Intentionen was toward's the Masterchassis build but i was thinking that i want to weather it completly what i did as soon as i unpacked it i started that process! Randy is a real nice Guy you can ask him if you need something, he replys and do what he can do for your needs, give Korbanth sabers a try;)

Well how do i begin. Everything is more than professional. The support is the best you can have in a Saber Company. I ordered the D3 Emperor. The quality of the hilt is marvellous. My order was perfect installed without any flaws on the hilt or the board. The only concern was the 7/8 neopixel blade which was sent with the D3 Emperor. The Neopixel blade was rattling inside, might be that the glue came off somehow. But thats not the fault of Korbanth, might be on the delivery way or just a faulty production. Randy was in touch with me the minute i ordered the saber and he was also helping me with the problem of the Neopixel blade. He will send me a new 7/8 34inch Neopixel to substitute the faulty one. If i could give 6 Stars i would. Highly recommend Korbanth Sabers.

All in all I am satisfied with my experience with Korbanth. A reputable company with kind people helping you. The saber is quite accurate to the source, and presents nicely. (it is the ANH version, even though the web info refers to it as ESB) My only issue is that the price is higher than most vendors. This is fine for a better level of collectible, but is it? While I was treated very well customer service-wise, the fit and finish were only fair. I've had issues with the lack of durability in the 'weathering', and the t grips. Even the smallest handling removes the weathering and dislodges the grips. they for sure need better adhesive. Also, the chassis, while it mostly functions, was not well installed. I upgraded to a crystal reveal chassis to really scratch my fanboy itch, and not only did it differ quite a bit from the images, it was quite scratched up during the install. To be fair, none of this alters its overall functionality, but is this a premium piece?

This is the second saber I purchased from Korbanth. The quality and craftsmanship are well worth the price. However, just like the first saber, they forgot to package the necessary hardware to configure it again. Sadly, I do not have the correct size of Alan wrench to open the saber to its double mode.
