Amazing quality and detail! This was my first lightsaber purchase and I'm seriously impressed with the build quality. Searching online forums for recommended brands, Korbanth came up consistently being mentioned for premium detailing and quality. The real icing on the cake was the placard signed by Timothy Zahn, my all-time favorite author! Shipping international would have been a bit steep, but the sale price offset the cost, and it arrived in just a few days!

The customer service is excellent, the shipping time was fast, the quality of the product is beautiful, very good quality, a piece of art like the finest jewelry. Korbanth is a very poor quality company. Their website looks legitimate, but their quality control and products are extremely lack luster. They send defective products and offer few solutions on how to remedy their issues. The owner, Randy, is extremely rude and short. If you have been referred to this company, buyers beware. You will most likely receive a refurbished or resold product. You will pay a ridiculous amount of money for a product that is probably not even new. Look to other companies. Steer clear of Korbanth.

Customer service is non existent. No transparency. Took 3 weeks longer than it should have. A 6 WEEK wait,just to be refunded, and I waited weeks for that as well. Overall terrible experience.
