The ads are not very good. They position themselves as experts but ultimately their ads never converted profitably for us, so I had to hire my own editors. I ran out of stock at one point (not because their ads were converting) and paused the service once and they charged me $400 to pause. I was pissed but I stayed on since I already paid. When I went to pause again, they charged me another $400 which is ultimately why I fired them. DO NOT HIRE THEM! TRUST ME!

We are happy to hear your business grew to the point of running out of stock. That's amazing. Our monthly plans allow for clients to cancel at anytime with no fee with 15-days notice. When a client does not want to provide 15-days notice, they have the option to pause their service immediately by committing to coming back within 12-months. To confirm this commitment we require 50% of their next month and the account is pause immediately. For transparency, these terms are shared on our web site here: https://konstantkreative.com/terms-conditions/. Terms are accepted by clients upon sign up. They are also shared when clients select to either pause or cancel service. Charges are only made once a request to pause is received by the client. We pride ourselves on honest, fair and transparent business.

Had the pleasure of working with Konstant on their Full-Stack plan over the last few months and the experience was great. From the jump, the communication and kick-off meetings to understand what we were looking for set the tone for a great partnership. Having and building a relationship with our Project Planner (shout out Alec!) was extremely valuable, he took the time to understand our needs, and what we expected and made sure things were moving internally. It didn't take long at all before creative deliverables were coming back in good form and very little feedback. Some exceptional designers that produced some exceptional creatives. Highly recommended — especially if you have a breadth of creative assets that Konstant can utilize and leverage.
