Hi Justin. We offer a 7-day free trial which becomes active once completed. Users can cancel anytime on the settings page inside of the application. If for some reason a scheduled payment fails, access to the app is denied. Sometimes however payment succeeds a few days later and then login access is restored. Cancelling is easy. Just hit 'Cancel subscription' on the settings page. To be helpful, we have gone ahead and canceled your subscription on your behalf. If you need creative AI tools and/or an editing team, we are here anytime.

Sorry to hear about your SMS experience. Our marketing team does include the option to unsubscribe but perhaps it wasn't included in the campaign you became included in. We will take a closer look.

We are happy to hear your business grew to the point of running out of stock. That's amazing. Our monthly plans allow for clients to cancel at anytime with no fee with 15-days notice. When a client does not want to provide 15-days notice, they have the option to pause their service immediately by committing to coming back within 12-months. To confirm this commitment we require 50% of their next month and the account is pause immediately. For transparency, these terms are shared on our web site here: https://konstantkreative.com/terms-conditions/. Terms are accepted by clients upon sign up. They are also shared when clients select to either pause or cancel service. Charges are only made once a request to pause is received by the client. We pride ourselves on honest, fair and transparent business.
