I really like the recipes that are provided each week. In signing up I was under the impression that I would be able to see graphs etc of my progress and although I am asked every week to provide details, I don’t and get no personal comments back from Konscious Keto. I would like to see more interaction from “the team” and not just auto responses to my questions.

This meal plan is focused solely on Keto and losing weight. When you’ve lost your desired weight you eat more fats to maintain or gain (like I needed to). More fats is not necessarily the best plan in terms of health and lifestyle. Some normalizing should be built in at some point. Meaning a balancing out of carbs and fats. I asked for this and it was not an option. Maybe this will get built in down the road. If it had been available I would have continued on with the plan. Thanks for getting me eating healthier to start with. Longer term options would be great.
