I understand the 30 day guarantee on…
I understand the 30 day guarantee on products purchased. I called one day too late and rather than work with my circumstance it was more important to stick to the 30 day policy. Since I was a customer service manager for over 30 years and know the importance of reviewing any and all circumstances I felt no matter what, they do not bend. I love the menus and feel sticking to the meal plans, drinking plenty of water, and exercise is all that is needed. The green vegetable drink doesn’t taste like apples and is very unpleasant tasting and the chocolate activate is tolerable

I find following the diet suggestions extremely helpful. the recipes are tasty and relatively easy to prepare. I think $30.00 for 1 month is a bit high. I am loosing slowly but steadily.

Top notch customer service
I've reviewed the Keto Activate product positively in the recent past. I'd also like to highlight a recent customer service experience. I placed another order for Keto Activate earlier this week only to find my current "stash" was actually lower than I realized. I reached out to customer service to see if I had any options for belatedly expediting my order so I could keep to my routine. Lee from CS graciously upgraded my shipping at no cost, and my Keto Activate is out for delivery to me today!
