Good service, speedy replies

Great response times to inquiries. I upgraded from the very early kit that was developed to a 12 zone and the installation is much cleaner and with integration to cloud it’s almost seamless. Love it! The only feedback I would give is to make it clear that the original adt panel and power supply can be used in the documentation with the new panels. I found it to be contradictory/ unclear although I am pretty hands on.

Everything worked as promised wonderful

Easy to wire up. I am using Konnected for a new alarm system and not an existing one, Was easy to set up, support response is quick, no complaints.

Awesome. Helped me diagnose and replace a part for my system. They ordered and shipped the part very quickly all without charge as it was under warranty.

Quick response to replacing my faulty board. Very satisfied with overall experience with tech support.

Customer support and response time is amazing, thank you! They identified helped me understand that the kit I purchased was not right for my house and was willing to swap out the components for the right system. This was my error, however they made it right at no charge to me! Thank you Konneced :-)

Product was easy to use
