Quality product. Easy to install, easy to setup and easy to use.

The Konnected Interface Pro was simple enough to setup with all of the available instructions and material found online. There had been a mixup with my order as I had been sent an incorrect module but customer support responded immediately and shipped the correct module right away. I followed the original Kickstarter project when I first heard about it and always thought that it would be a great upgrade for my outdated pre-wired alarm system. I'm glad that I finally got to the point in my home automation setup to finally purchase the Konnected and add it to my system. It is by far my favorite part of my entire home automation system.

Ordering was easy and shipping made it in one piece! Only thing is, I wish the taxes would have been included in the shipping fees so not to get surprised with extra fees when crossing over to Canada. Installation will follow... :)

The part worked perfectly and was timely delivered.
