KonnectedReviews of konnected.io

Arrived promptly, exactly what I needed and great price.

Fast shipping of the garage opener, opener works as advertised (using with a roll up door), quick install.

Product works great.

Great Experience. Solved issue quickly

Installation was straightforward. Customization is where this product truly shines: direct integration into Home Assistant via custom ESPHome firmware solved an issue that other vendors were unable to touch.

Replaced older Gen 1 system with the new Pro and super easy to integrate with SmartThings. Customer service is always top notch!! Easy to install and set up taking about 4 hours to be up and Konnected!

Works as expected

Prompt shipping and good quality product. Great product for turning old wired alarm system into a smart alarm. I got the Konnected alarm panel interface kit and connected it to my AVANTI XP alarm. It's working great (can arm/disarm remotly, can tell if/when/where intrusion occurred remotely. Easy to install and only one issue to resolve. If alarm is triggered (by dog), I can turn it off remotely but has to be reset by keypad before can be armed again on app. Still working on this issue and I must contact konnected help to see if they have a resolution. Overall, great service & Products.
