I did a lot of research before I selected Kollecktiv. I have had other massage chairs and was less than satisfied. Every experience from the initial order and customer service during shipping and delivery has been great. They always respond quickly and the chair is the best I have ever used. And my last chair retails for over $10,000. So save yourself some time and money and just go ahead and order one like I did. You will be glad you did!

Great service. Great chair. Great experience. Delivery was quick and they hired local movers to get the chair in my house. The chair is some kind of awesome. Voice commands. Different massage routines. Bluetooth speakers. We got the 301 and are very happy with the purchase.

After researching quite a bit, I chose this chair based on reviews, and I get the hype now. It feels premium without that huge markup.

They told me I could return this chair free in the first 30 days after receiving it. They have completely ignored them ever since I informed them I would like to return the chair. I've sent them message on Facebook, emailed them and left them voicemails. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I’m extremely disappointed with Kollecktiv’s customer service. My sister-in-law purchased one of their massage chairs through Amazon (Order #113-6253451-4853838) and it stopped working properly—while still under the 3-year warranty (after 18 months). The chair turns on but does not massage at all. She has reached out multiple times through both the phone number and WhatsApp number listed on their website: 📞 Phone: +1 (617) 433-9683 💬 WhatsApp: +1 (706) 452-1787 No one responds to the many emails/calls. No callbacks. No help. This kind of silence is unacceptable, especially for a product in this price range that advertises warranty protection. It feels like the company is just ghosting customers after the sale. The buyer is a single mother who invested in this chair for her health and well-being. The lack of accountability and support is incredibly frustrating. Kollecktiv—stand by your product and honor your warranty.

Excellent massage chair with excellent company that provides great service! I am a dentist and have severe back pain, and this Massage Chair has helped me feel more comfortable and has helped with the back pain greatly! Will definitely be recommending the company to my friends and family!

I bought the $4000 4d-5d chair and when it was delivered the audio was faulty. One speaker was cracking and popping and then just stopped working so audio on one side only and its not good quality speakers. They said im too far away to send a technician out so if I can find one... Im in Tyler tx, dallas is closest. I told them. They have the worst customer service and paypal did nothing to help me but deny my claim! After 8 mo off being lied to and put off paypal said becauser I have had the chair for months it has been changed. . . total BS. I was disgusted and now 2 days ago and its been 14mo now and the bottom foot module broke and hangs down!! This has been the worst experience and screw over by this stupid company and even paypal. I have no confidence in anything that cost over $1000 after this. Im so pissed and I have back issues I needed the chair for and now its falling apart with no help from the company or paypal. Stuck with it so DONT SUPPORT OR BUY FROM KOLLECTIV. TOTAL NIGHTMARE AND RIPOFF.
