KollecktivReviews of kollecktiv.com

Good massage chair and awesome customer service!

I chose Kollecktiv just because they offer free White Glove Delivery. As you know, most other brands charge over $200 extra for that or only provide curbside delivery. The massage chair is great quality for the price. You can't go wrong with Kollecktiv!

Everything I was told would happen happened when they said it would. No problems, no headaches, no frustration.

I received my new kollecktiv massage chair and I am very happy from packaging it was great, when I open it ? Wow it was very very nice and beautiful !!! I love it !!! When I first used it oh wow so comfortable, I bought what I want , I love the color and the Digital Touch screen was great and the sound system class A All in all 10 stars!!! You will not regret buying Kollecktiv massage chair 101 4D…. And the delivery service man thank you very respectful and kind. Love the customer service too.

I really like h massage chair, I enjoy it daily after work I love it. I recommend any body to buy this kind of chair for any age person.

First, I was highly interested in the model 301 due to the multitude of features, to include body fitment, for a great price and warranty. Second, the company has a military veterans discount program. That, along with a refreshing customer-care-service experience, I purchased the Mod 301. The service rep also included delivery to my home and into the living room. The chair comes fully assembled, plug-and-play. I haven’t had a chance to test out all of the features as of this writing, however, I’m very impressed thus far. Customer-care-service means a lot to me and they hit the ball out the park during my purchase experience. Keep up the great work! Sincerely, V.T.

Excellent customer service, quick response on any questions or issues I have with my massage chair.
